Feeling unwell

I can feel the heat is keep on coming out from my body today. I guess it is because of yesterday taekwando's training. Standing under the hot sun from11am-1.30pm made me feel sick. We were supposed to have our training in the gymnasium. However, a competition was hold in the gymnasium as they fail to complete it the day before. However, I think those who in charge should inform our instructor earlier, but not in the last minute. One of my friend even get fever today, pity him. Hope he can get well soon.

Speechless

I did stupid thing again. Today when we want to cycle back to our home after lunch, I could not find my bicycle’s key. When I was busy searching for it, suddenly I saw it is inside the lock of my bicycle. =.=. I was so blur. I forget to take it out after I locked my bicycle. Then, I took it out and walk to another side of my bicycle. Suddenly, my friend laughed at me. Why am I so funny? I can directly unlock it. Why I have to take it out, walk to the another side of bicycle then unlock it?

Raining again

It's raining heavily before I go to the class. My house mates and I decided to walk to the class instead of cycling. We will get wet even if we put on the rain coat when cycling. We are blessed. We met our house mate who drives to our uni. Thanks for the lift. I like raining only if I were at home.

Unpredictable weather

The weather at Tanjung Malim is really unpredictable. It was very hot this morning. But then when I was cycling to the library for a group discussion in the afternoon, the weather suddenly turned cloudy. At 5pm, when I stepped out from the library, I just realised that it rained heavily. We were stuck in the library.  As a result, we were late for 10 minutes for our lecture.

Expensive!!!

Now only I know that cake is so expensive. Today I went to town to order a cake. A medium size American Chocolate cake costs RM80++. It's not worth. I rather spend the equivalent amount of money to buy from Secret's Recipe. At last, I ordered a 1.5kg sponge cake since the price is most reasonable. I hope it tastes nice.

I called him to ask him whether he is at home or not to pay our house November's rental fee to him. We paid him late this month as last week is holiday and some of us are not around. He said he is not at home now. Then, he asked me to bank in to him . Okay, I said I will bank in to him by tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.  Oh my, guess what is his response. He said better bank in today. How am I going to bank in to him at this late night. I told him that we are not able to go to town at night as we only have bicycles. Then he said:" you can ask A(a senior who is not staying a same house with us) to fetch you go to the bank." =.= I can only end our conversation by saying okay okay, if not it will be an non-stop conservation...But, sorry, I can only make it tomorrow...

Holiday mood

I was so unwilling to wake up this morning. I still in holiday mood. I want more holidays. However, I know that there is another reason why I don't want to end my holiday.  I don't have the courage to face the reality. There are tons of works waiting for me, assignments, quizzes, presentations... I'm not dare to imagine how busy I were starting from this week. Hope I can done all my works successfully.

Rest

I did nothing special today. I am tired. My main purpose today is rest. Besides than rest, is still rest. I woke up late in the morning. Then eat, online, watch drama and chatting . May be others will think it is a waste of time. However, I enjoy it. It's a peaceful day and I have a good rest.

Penang

My Penang trip finally ends. I reached home at 5am. After taking shower, I slept until 12pm. I enjoy this trip very much, especially the eating part. We can find a lot of Chinese food there and most are very delicious. I ate a lot of food such as Char Kueh Teow, Penang laksa, cendol and many more which I don't know how to call them. The another thing I like about Penang is the environment. It is very clean. Walking along the clean roads is really enjoyable. For sure, I will visit Penang again.

Mummy's Birthday

Today is my dearest mum’s birthday. Both my sis and I were not at home, only my youngest sister at home now. I hope I were at home. I hope I  can help her to celebrate her birthday. Thanks my youngest sister for the early reminder. Once again wish you a happy birthday. May God bless you always. Mummy, thanks for your sacrifice for us. I love you.

Good reminder

Overall, the camp is not bad. The games designed for us were just like our real life. It reflects completely how is our personality and the ways we do things in real life. It makes us understand ourselves better. At the same time, we can see how is others personality. It can be a good reflection for ourselves too. My problem is that I treat everything too easy. I hope I can become more serious about the things going on about me in the future.

Sharing from different U

8The participants of this camp are coming from different universities in east Malaysia. It's glad to know people from other universities. Their university life is totally different from us. It is interesting to share among each others about our university life. There are some courses which I never heard before. I wish I can have the chance to visit other university next time.

Torturing journey

It was super duper cold in the train. I still shivering even though I wore a thick sweater. I should bring a blanket. I think 19 of us don't sleep well as it was too cold. After trying our best to sleep for several hours, we ended up chit-chatting in the train. It took us 7 hours to reach Penang. All of us were not energetic during the first day of the camp since we were lack of sleep.

Life camp

I will participate a three days life camp at Penang starting from tomorrow. So, I will take train at 12.30am later to go to Penang. The theme of this life camp is " If there is take 2 for life". I hope I can know better about life and learn something through this camp. Hope I enjoy it. 

Market

I woke up early in the morning. I went to market together with my room mate. We bought the ingredients for tomorrow's dinner. There will be 16 people for tomorrow's dinner. It is a headache to buy the ingredients as we don't know how much should we buy. We bought chicken, long beans, eggs, spinach and another type of vegetable which I don't know what is it's name.

Adventure

I ate too full for the dinner today. So when my housemate invited me to go for cycling, I go together with her.  I hope that it can help me to burn some calories. We cycled for our house to Billion.We are really great. We bought some snacks there. Then, we cycled back to our house again. I like it. It is just like an adventure. =D

Full of food

My sister went back today. Before she went back, I brought her to Secret Recipe for the Tom Yam Kung she craved for. My friend recommended us a delicious dessert- chicken cornish. There are two flavours available:  original and spicy. I prefer spicy chicken cornish.  It tastes better.

For the dinner today, my house mate and I prepared too many dishes as we can't estimate the quantity. At first,  we thought it is not enough, but then we all ended up being too full. There were also oranges and mangoes for us. I think I ate three oranges alone. I feel so full till now.

Choral Speaking

During the phonetics and phonology class today, my group members and I presented a choral speaking. I satisfy with our performance  as we only practiced it last night. Another group presented on jazz chant. They did a great job too. It is very cute and attractive. I think everyone has a good try today. Nice...=D

She is really my sis

Without any surprise, no one thinks that my sis and I look alike. She is taller and slightly bigger than me. A friend of mine, claimed that I was lying when I introduced my sis.  Well, he is not to blame because we look totally different and that's the truth we accepted since we were kids.

Visitor

My sis who studies at Sungai Petani comes to visit me today. She has two weeks holiday and will stay here around five days. I rented a car and brought her to go around  Tanjung Malim with my house mates. We went to Proton City and also night market at town. We had a happy moment together. I hope both of us can go back home soon and have a gathering with our lovely family.

Unlucky day

Undoubtedly, today will be the worst rainy day I ever had at TM. Guess what? My home internet modem was   burned out by the lightning. This is not the worst thing. The worst thing is that my room's fan also burned out . My room mate and I have to sleep at my house mates' room. Hope the technician can come to repair the fan faster. If not, when my another house mate come back, five of us have to squeeze in a room.

Suddenly think of the child I met at Secret Recipe yesterday. When we were chit chatting there, a child came behind me. I think he is around three years old. Then, I said hi to him. Whao, he greeted me back. He is really cute. He gave me a high five when his parents asked him to do so. He even gave me a high ten. He is good at posing also. He know how to do a handsome boy pose. He is so adorable. Oh, I miss my cousin...

Hot Spring Park

I went to Sungai Klah Hot Spring Park with my church  members today. There were a lot of people as today was public holiday. However, I still had a lot of fun there. I enjoyed playing water with my friends, soaking in the hot spring and eating half-boiled eggs. I will visit this place again but not during public holiday.

Nonstop Walking

This is the first time I walked so much at KL. I'm not familiar with the roads and direction at KL. Normally, I depend on public transport to go from one place to another place. Today, a UPSI friend comes from KL becomes our tour guide. He leaded us to walk from Pudu Raya to Times Square. Now only I know that we can walk from Pudu Raya to Times Square. New experience. However, next time I will take LRT instead of walking. Well, I admit that I'm lazy to walk. Haha.

By the way, I guess many of UPSI students went to KL today as both of the buses to go back Tanjung Malim are fulled. At last, we had to take ETS to come back.

Sunbathe

I went to sunbathing today. This is my first time standing under the hot sun and practicing for taekwando pattern. It's really hot, I feel like I am inside an oven. My sweat kept on rolling down and I can hardly open my eyes.  However, towards the end of the training, the weather went cloudy. Wow, it was so enjoying when running on the filed with bare foot. Recall back of my child hood life.

Happy but disappointed too

Hooray, today class is cancelled. However, when I think of  tomorrow taekwando training, I can't be happy. Tomorrow takewando will be at field from 9am to 12pm. Arghh!!! Sunburn?? Headache?? I'm not dare to imagine what will happen to me tomorrow. I wish tomorrow taekwando training will be cancelled. Then I will have ten days holidays.

Blank Blank Blank

Today phonetics and phonology's quiz is really difficult. I don't know how many marks will I get for this quiz, but I quite sure Othat I will fail. Before the quiz started, our lecturer told us that this quiz is easy because the final exam is_______. Then, she asked to fill the blank by ourselves. Oh no, I'm not dare to imagine how is the final exam will be. I should not study last minute anymore.

Thank you

I read a very meaningful article today. The article encourages us to express our gratitude to those who had helped us. Many people never think of what others had done for us and just take things for granted. We should be grateful. Spend sometimes to think about the helps we received from others. Then, express our thanks to them before it is too late. ^__^

A patient instructor

For the past few weeks, we learnt the pattern of taekwando in a large group of people. Sometimes, I could not see the actions of the instructor from behind. Hence, I still don't know how to do the dan-gun pattern that we had learnt. However, today I can do this pattern already. It is because our instructor divided us into three groups. He did the patterns step by step. He is so patient. He repeated many times so that all of us can follow him. I like the taewando training today.

Theories VS Reality

We had learnt quite many theories related to second language acquisition(SLA) in this few weeks. These theories are vital for us as a future teacher. It enables us to teach English as a second language more effectively. However, theories and reality are not the same. The theories are not suitable for all the circumstance. Hence, we can’t just follow the theories all the times. A teacher should be flexible and able to find the most suitable learning method for their students. Hope I can do it in the future.

Trust

There always have people who like to gossip, who like to make their own story and slander others. If  your friends really believe what the gossiper said, then they are not deserve to be your true friends. If they are your true friends, they will absolutely trust you. If they do not trust you and believe what others said so easily, then it is unnecessary for you to make explanation. Just make them as your very very common friend…

Me and the Killer...

I just finished reading a novel today. It is a story about a killer. The killer is very good at cheating. However, his identity had been seen through by a person. This is because he talked in sleep. He disclosed his own secret. I have this problem too. My ex-roommate was so shocked when she heard it at the first time. I will speak out what I talk in my dream. Sometimes, I even will scold people. I can’t imagine the situation when I was sleep talking. Funny? Horrified? Hope my new roommate will get used to it. 

Future friends

I will have my phonetics and phonology first quiz soon. Uh-oh, I still confuse with all the vowels, consonants, manner of articulation and place of articulation. There is a lot of things which I still not familiar with. I think I should start spending sometimes with all the sounds and play around with them. Come, come, come, play with me, be my friends…=)

Journey to the future

I had been called by my lecturer to do public speaking about journey to the future today. This topic is very interesting. When you Imagine about future, a lot of things might be happen. My lecturer had given some examples of her imagination. For example, a car can change into a very small size, then no need to waste time to find for the parking lot and can bring it to everywhere. But, I don’t think that the life in future is really good. It will sure be very boring as everyone is living in their own world and seldom interact with others. I’m glad that I’m living in this century.

By the way, I still very nervous when talking English in front of the class. Hope I can improve more…

Temporary purple birthmark

Argh!!! I have a big bruise on my left arm now. It is resulted from the taekwando training yesterday. The senior asked me to beat his arm using my arm. He kept on asking me to be more powerful. His arm is the hardest arm I ever seen. I guess his arm is made up of steel. =.=

Break Record

I break my own record today. I cycled to "Pekan" this evening. It is so tiring. I found that it is quite dangerous for cycling to "Pekan" on Saturday. There is a lot of people, motorcycle and car at "Pekan" on Saturday. I felt so uneasy for the whole journey. Lesson learnt. I will never cycle to "Pekan" on Saturday anymore.

Tummy tummy

My tummy is getting bigger and bigger. I guess it is because I sit in front of my laptop everyday for too long period. It bothers me a lot. I just like a pregnant woman now. I can only wear bigger shirts now so that others won't think that i'm pregnant. The most miserable thing is that I'm suffering every time I go out. All of my pants are too tight and it is not convenient for me to wear "baju kurung" to the class as I have to cycle. Oh my tummy,  your size like a three months pregnant woman is enough already, please don't increase anymore. >.<

First try

I had my first try of cooking today. I cooked French beans with fried eggs for lunch. I gave my self 60%. 60% only?? Not even A oh.  I think that the taste is not bad, but still have a lot of space to improve. Actually, i'm not that interested in cooking, I prefer eating.=D. But I have to cook as I stay away from home now. I miss my mummy's cook. I hope I were at home now.

Four housewives went shopping

I went to TF Value Mart with my course mates today. We rented a car to go there after the class at 11am. There are variety of goods. We were so excited to shop. May be it's because we din't go shopping for a long time. I think we were just like housewives: discussing the price of the goods and the freshness of vegetables. At last, we went back with a bonnet full of goods.

Happy Birthday to You

Today is the birthday of my room mate. We planned to go for a dinner at Secret Recipe. However, it was raining when we want to go out. The plan for going to Secret Recipe had to be cancelled. Luckily, one of my house mate and I already bought some Secret Recipe's cakes and put them in our home's fridge this afternoon. Oh, we are so clever. Haha. We all were having fun when celebrate her birthday. Once again, I wish  my room mate a happy birthday and may all her dreams come true.

Logos Hope

                         

Hooray!!! Today Taekwando training has been cancelled. Finally, I can go to Port Klang to visit Logos Hope. It is the world's largest floating book fair. Thirteen of us rented two cars to go there. It took us around two hours to go there.Whao, Logos Hope is really a big attraction. There are a lot of people. The entry fee is RM1. It contains many books which cover a wide range of subjects. I bought a book and some stickers. It's worth to spend my Saturday to go there.

Poor memory

I don’t know what happens to me. I forget things easily. I always forget what others had talked to me. Sometimes, I can’t even remember what had I talked and did. It causes a lot of troubles to me. For example, sometimes when people talked with me again the things they had told me before, I don’t know how to response  as I forget about it already and I feel like it’s still new to me. It’s bad. They may think that I’m not a sincere person, didn’t pay attention to them an just simply answered them before that. It is just one of the troubles. Argh!!! I wish to have better memory.

Feeling

Feeling is a very weird thing. Some people have strong feeling about the things and people around them. They alert with the things happening around them. Unfortunately, I'm not one of them. Sometimes I will get wrong feeling, especially for the first impression of people. Sometimes, when I meet a person at the first time, I will think I can't get along with her well, our characteristics are totally different. But we become buddy after that. Conversely, sometimes when I think a person is an easy going person, I may regret with my assumption. How good if I have better sensor.

Give Thanks ^^

During our cell group sharing session tonight, a person asked us is there anything which we think is unfair in our life. No. I satisfy with what I have now. I have food to eat, clothes to wear, place to stay. Even though I don't have a car to drive, I have a bicycle to ride. Even though I don't have branded stuffs, I never lack of the things I need. Even though my family is not here, I have friends accompany me. I am so much lucky than many people. Thanks God.

Exhausted！

An extremely tiring day. It seems like most of us have loss our stamina after four months of holiday. Taekwando-II is really torturing us.There are more than hundreds of people who take taekwando-II this semester. Many people fainted during the training today. The ventilation system still need some improvement. Now, I suffer from serious headache. I have to sleep earlier. Good night.

Time Flies

Today I went to library for a discussion with my friend. I saw many juniors were learning how to use the devices in the library. Whoa, time really flies. I already here for a year. Luckily, I'm still alive. Luckily, tons of assignments didn't kill me. I am curious to know what will I think in next year this moment.  Looking forward to it. ^^

The Results of Cycling

I am very tired today. Cycling is not as easy as what I think. My legs are very painful. The worst thing is that I have so many bruises on my legs now. Every night before I sleep I have to message my legs. If not, I will suffer the next morning. I hope I can get used to it soon and become more independent when cycling. =D

Nusa 3

Living together is not easy. Moreover, I have eleven house mates this semester. Fortunately, they are quite friendly. For sure, being friendly is not enough to make up a harmony family. Every one has their own personality. We have to learn to get along well with each other. I believe by trying our best we can live together peacefully and can make here our second family.

Cycling

Starting from this semester, I am no longer the resident of kolej. I am staying at Taman Nusa, thus I have to cycle to class every day. I'm not familiar in cycling. Luckily, my room mate offer to help me, she is willing to be my trainer and guider. She guides me to cross the hectic road. Besides that, I have learnt an important lesson that we must not play cat and mouse game with car.

My first blog

Finally I start to write a blog. Blogging is one of the task given by my EC II lecturer today. It is still a very unfamiliar thing for me. Hence, I spent quite a long time in order to know how to manage a blog. I hope I can improve my English through blogging continuously.
